RSR Prize Ceremony

Renault has been a major contender in motorsport for more than 115 years. This year it opened a new chapter in its long history, emphasizing more than ever competition in the center of its strategy via Renault Sport Racing, claimed different titles in different races.

The RSR Prize Giving Ceremony is an annual event promoted by Renault Sport Racing which honors the achievements of all RSR Champions over the past season. It is also an occasion to draw the conclusions on the intense competition seasons in rallying and circuit racing, and to hand out trophies to the laureates.

The awards ceremony for the Renault Sport Series’ will be hold on Thursday December 7th at the Atelier Renault on the Champs-Élysées in Paris. In the presence of Jérôme Stoll, President of Renault Sport Racing and many other guests. Excitement will be mounting for this annual prize giving ceremony。

Among the well-established teams and drivers from all around the world. We have three drivers selected from Asia to take part in this ceremony.  

Charles Leong from BlackArts Racing. Dominating the whole season, clinched the title of Asian Formula Renault series two races in advance, making a new record as the youngest overall champion of AFR in history. 16-year-old Daniel Lu, the overall winner of the Road to Champion program as well as the 1st runner up in the Asian Formula Renault series. Finished the season with 4 champions and 8 podiums. And last but not least, David Lau, claiming the 2017 Renault Clio cup overall champion after the tough battle in the 5 round races in China this year, were invited to join this annual event.
