Two HK drivers attended the Launching Ceremony of GBA SIM Racing Final Round in Zhuhai and heading to Macau this afternoon for practice.
FRD President Kenneth Ma attended the Launching Ceremony and Forum this morning, Director of Melco International Mr. Chung Yuk Man, Executive Vice Presidentof Federation of Autosports and Motorcycle in Guangdong Province Mr. Yang Zhu, Marketing Director of CCTV Mr. Cao Bin and other guests to share the insight of sports development in Greater China Area.
Kenneth Ma shared that HK Sim Racing Competition was first launched in 2018, which attracted many young people and racing fans to attend. Renault Asia eRacing Series has been successfully held for 2 seasons this year. Pandemic this year stimulating the rapid development of eSports, plus the popularization of technology and Internet which help lower the threshold. The low cost eSports provides a stepping stone for youth who wants to be a racer, RS Asia eRacing aims to allow potential drivers to win the chance to enter the racing industry.
Two HK drivers Hugo Hung and Ben Chui arrived Zhuhai for shooting after 14 days quarantine, and will arrive Macau for practice this afternoon.
